  • Originally built by in 1963.  Lafayette Towers was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993 and is the longest collection of residential buildings designed by Mies van der Rohe

Key Project Facts: 

Poe Restoration replaced 100 percent of the joint sealants on the interior window perimeters

Rebuilt portions of the parking deck masonry walls

Repointed and repaired the parking deck masonry

Patched spalling and deteriorated concrete from building walls, parking deck walls and parking deck ceiling.
