Key Project Facts:

• Repointed limestone below first floor on south and west elevations
• Removed the cracked and deteriorated mortar, as necessary, on the ashlar stone below the first floor windowsill and repointed with mortar to match the existing in color, hardness, and tooling
• Repointed the limestone cornice and band on south and west elevations
• Patched cracked and spalled limestone on south and west elevations
• Removed any metal anchors at the locations of damaged stones and replace them with stainless steel remedial anchors to re-anchor the stone without risking future damage from rusting anchors
• Patched and repaired areas with Jahn Patching Mortar, a high quality cementitious mortar specifically engineered for limestone applications
